We are a trio of characters including Rodney Wade from Geelong along with Liz Gant and Ausma Vilcins from Melbourne with a passion for food, fun and keeping things simple. The Paella Pan came to life in 2004 and has led us on an epic Paella journey building our business up to become Victoria’s top Paella Pan Caterer. We have an amazing team of skilled and vibrant chefs who take pride in making your event one to remember.
At the Paella Pan we specialise in large group catering, from 40 people to infinity! We mix authentic Spanish Paella with a contemporary edge. So, if you’re looking for a fun, casual and delicious event we’re the people for you. With a focus on fresh, seasonal and sustainable produce and some serious passion for all things food, our crew at at the Paella Pan will ensure your guests leave with full tummies and smiles on their faces. We understand that organising a party with many dietary requirements can be trying but never fear, our Paellas are gluten free, dairy free and we also have a vegan paella which is delish!
Our chefs arrive an hour or so prior to service time. They set up, cook, serve guests with a smile, pack up and wave goodbye. If it wasn’t for our wicked personalities you wouldn’t even know we were there! We tailor each event, from weddings, twenty firsts, school fairs and more intimate smaller family gatherings.
We also offer a wide variety of tapas, cheese and charcuterie platters, Portuguese custard tarts and late night quesadillas. All of our paella is served in biodegradable sugarcane bowls with wooden forks and napkins provided by us.
