Whether catering for large groups (up to 1500 people) or smallish groups (min 30-40 people) The Paella Pan has been providing the people of Victoria fantastic food at great prices for over fourteen years! Be it at a work or family and friends occasion, we can supply a complete catering solution to suit your tastes, dietary requirements and budget.

We pride ourselves on our flexible menu – If you want something that’s not on our menu, give us a ring and we’ll see what we can do! All Paella’s will be served in biodegradable sugarcane bowls with wooden forks and napkins

Event Packages

We do not provide wait staff to hand the tapas around as we move on to cooking the paella once the tapas is assembled.

SOME GOOD NEWS…

The Geelong branch of the Paella Pan have now been cooking paellas and risottos for over 20 YEARS. 🥳🥂 And, according to our valued clients, who book us year in year out, from all over Victoria, we are REALLY GOOD AT IT. Fabulous tastes; Heaps of the good stuff (meats seafood and veggies); incredibly easy to deal with and still really affordable.
Well, that’s not going to change. 🤗

SOME NOT SO GOOD NEWS...

Carolyn, who has been making our fabulous tapas for the past 15 years, has had to retire due to health concerns…(she’s fine now, but needs to slow down, so, we all thank her for a job superbly done, and wish her all the very best in retirement).
But, as a result, we will NO LONGER BE OFFERING A TAPAS OPTION.

So, from now on it’s full steam ahead with just the paellas.

Travel cost $75 per car, per hour from Geelong

Accommodation cost $150- for events 3 hours plus from Geelong

Waiter costs $35 an hour per waiter. Timed from Geelong.
- We encourage you to provide a waiter if required.

The Paella Pan came to life in 2004 and has led us on an epic Paella journey building our business up to become Victoria’s top Paella Pan Caterer. We have an amazing team of skilled and vibrant chefs who take pride in making your event one to remember.

At the Paella Pan we specialise in large group catering, from 40 people to infinity! We mix authentic Spanish Paella with a contemporary edge. So, if you’re looking for a fun, casual and delicious event we’re the people for you. With a focus on fresh, seasonal and sustainable produce and some serious passion for all things food, our crew at at the Paella Pan will ensure your guests leave with full tummies and smiles on their faces. We understand that organising a party with many dietary requirements can be trying but never fear, our Paellas are gluten free, dairy free and we also have a vegan paella which is delish!

Our chefs arrive an hour or so prior to service time. They set up, cook, serve guests with a smile, pack up and wave goodbye. If it wasn’t for our wicked personalities you wouldn’t even know we were there! We tailor each event, from weddings, twenty firsts, school fairs and more intimate smaller family gatherings.

We also offer a wide variety of tapas, cheese and charcuterie platters, Portuguese custard tarts and late night quesadillas. All of our paella is served in biodegradable sugarcane bowls with wooden forks and napkins provided by us.
